Ellsworth’s carbon Enlightenment is built for trail riding or commuting with the efficient handling of the carbon Enlightenment Frame. The award winning NuVinci N360 drivetrain provides all of the gear ratio of the modern mountain bike, with none of the click, drag, or maintenance of a traditional mountain bike transmission. The NuVinci N360 model is now over 30% lighter, 17% smaller and has an increased ratio range over the previous version that garnered so much industry excitement. Shift effort is significantly reduced even under high pedal forces and there is 50% less twist rotation required to move between the lowest and highest ratios. For better protection, the hub interface is housed inboard of the frame dropout to go along with its no maintenance design!
